HR Business Analyst
Our client is seeking an HR Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and analysis for a Brazil HR application migration into SAP SuccessFactors. This role will bridge business processes and system implementation, ensuring successful delivery of Brazil-focused migration activities with strong vendor and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and functional documentation for Brazil HR application migration into SAP SuccessFactors
- Translate Brazil-specific HR processes and hire-to-retire employee lifecycle workflows into clear system requirements and process documentation
- Support system implementation activities including requirements validation, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), integrations, and data validation
- Coordinate defect logging, issue tracking, and resolution management throughout Brazil-focused testing phases
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholder teams during system configuration, setup, enhancement, and readiness activities
- Assist project manager in delivering Brazil migration workstream through process mapping, documentation, and go-live readiness preparation
- Perform data analysis to validate system outputs and identify process improvement opportunities
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in HR business analysis, HRIS implementation, or related HR systems roles
- Advanced proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS platforms
- Expert knowledge of hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
- Demonstrated experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, and functional analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required for Brazil-focused migration work)
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to work with multiple data sources and system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance
