The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs.

Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

Compensation:

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
