Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Secondary (Good to Have) Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience supporting manufacturing automation initiatives. Knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and process mapping. Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and performance reporting. Position Overview The Process Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and productivity. This role leads process improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with engineering, operations, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in diaper manufacturing, and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement that enhance manufacturing performance and operational excellence. Process Improvement & Optimization Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and operational performance. Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven process improvements. Develop and prioritize operational improvement roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and scalability. Operations & Technical Leadership Lead cross-functional teams in defining operational challenges and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes. Support the implementation of new technologies and operational capabilities. Data Analysis & Strategic Planning Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and performance gaps. Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process enhancements. Identify operational risks and develop corrective and preventive action plans. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Investigate production issues, process failures, and operational escalations. Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. Support engineers, analysts, and operations teams in resolving technical and production challenges. Develop automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams. Support new product introductions and manufacturing process expansions. Ensure projects are completed on time while meeting quality, safety, and operational objectives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications Experience managing manufacturing process improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Experience with diaper manufacturing processes. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience implementing operational process improvements and automation. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Experience with manufacturing automation technologies. Knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and production systems. Onsite manufacturing facility. Collaborative environment working with engineering, maintenance, production, and quality teams. Fast-paced manufacturing setting focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Occasional support for production issues outside standard business hours as needed.
