Where you'll create impact

• Build targeted sourcing strategies across functions - Engineering, Product, GTM, Ops, and more

• Proactively source and engage strong candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels

• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for both active and future hiring needs

• Help shape how we source for different roles by testing and iterating on channels, messaging, and targeting

• Collaborate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles

• Work with modern AI tools and sourcing platforms to improve speed, scale, and quality of sourcing

• Build and test new sourcing strategies using AI-enabled workflows and automation

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally at a high-growth tech company

• Strong track record driving outbound sourcing, pipeline creation, and candidate engagement

• Proficiency in advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic, X-ray search, and similar methods

• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms - Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar

• Comfortable working across multiple functions and roles simultaneously without dropping the ball

• Clear, compelling communicator - you write outreach that actually gets replies

• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and a curiosity for what's next in the space

• Self-directed and organized; you don't need a lot of hand-holding to figure out what good looks like

Meet the TA Team

• Shweta was DualEntry's first Talent hire before there was a team, an ATS, or a process, there was just her building it from zero. Ex-Meta recruiter, agency founder and the reason the TA team below moves as fast as it does.

• Nikolija conducted an interview process in 24h - from LinkedIn outreach, through prescreen and team interviews to on-site case presentation and offer - all in one day.

• Polina joined as a 2nd TA hire and built the product and design team 0 > 1, with the fastest hire closed in just 6 days.

• Magdalena joined as Founding TA, setting up ATS, KPIs and sourcing processes and leading the Engineering hiring function. Closed multiple strategic hires across the business, setting the fastest time-to-hire record: 4 days

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary (varies by location)

  USA / Canada: $120,000 - $160,000 USD

  EU: €70,000 - €100,000

  India: ₹50,00,000 - ₹66,00,000 INR

• Equity (varies by location)

  US / Canada: $40,000 - $50,000 USD

  EU: €25,000 - €30,000

  India : ₹16,50,000 - ₹21,78,000 INR
