Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr.


Summary:
Company's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Sourcer to successfully collaborate with Talent Acquisition recruiters, as well as work directly with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform active sourcing, while being a strategic partner in support of Company's business functions.


Responsibilities:

• Influence both talent acquisition partners and hiring managers on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecast in the development of staffing strategies
• Brings SME industry perspective and strong business understanding to influence hiring managers and recruiters to meet hiring objectives
• Act as an advisory member in the Strategy In-Take Meeting with the talent partner and hiring team
• Recognized as an SME and shares best practices and knowledge that enables more effective hiring across clients and hiring teams
• Provide mentorship and SME level knowledge to Consultant, Analyst and Associate level TA Sourcing team members
• Acts as an advisory that designs, implements, and executes effective sourcing strategies and proposes operational efficiencies to Global TA (Talent Acquisition) Leadership Team
• Utilizes breadth of hunting and sourcing skills to actively identify talent, via different talent attraction platforms, to include LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Attracts top diverse industry talent into the organization while acting as a Company's culture ambassador
• Identify candidates using creative sourcing methods, including Boolean, X-ray searching, competitive mapping, etc., while also sourcing from established network of prospective candidates
• Partner with cross-functional TA Teams in include, but not limited to our Recruiting, DE&I, and Compensation teams
• Participates in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 3 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday is a plus
• Expert level utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, such as LinkedIn, Google Search, and other major job boards
• Robust talent network
• Implement proactive sourcing methodologies and use of market intelligence tools, such as Talent Neuron, etc.
• Experience within researching and identifying both passive and active candidates
• Results oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
• Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and meet various deadlines
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Teams Outlook, and PowerPoint

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
