Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: \n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples and families, considering each person’s unique situation. \n Facilitate therapy sessions with couples together and one-on-one sessions to address various challenges including family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication issues. \n Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each family member, fostering an environment of respect and open communication. \n Track progress and document treatment outcomes, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure the best possible results for your clients. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance holistic care delivery, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to overall patient wellness. \n Stay current with best practices in the field of family therapy and engage in continuous professional development. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your focus will be on families and individuals dealing with a wide array of issues including, but not limited to: \n \n Alcohol and substance abuse \n Physical and psychological abuse \n Grief and loss \n Family conflict and communication difficulties \n Adjustments to divorce and separation \n Challenges faced by blended families \n Job-related stress and its impact on family dynamics \n \n Our goal is to ensure that every client receives compassionate, evidence-based care that leads to improved mental health outcomes and a renewed sense of hope. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate will possess the following: \n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n Strong interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative therapeutic environment. \n A commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for improving patients’ lives. \n Preferred Experience\n While all qualified candidates are welcomed, preference will be given to those who have: \n \n Experience working in a community health setting. \n Exposure to a diverse client base, particularly in handling multicultural issues. \n Knowledge of telehealth practices and technology. \n Demonstrated success in achieving positive patient outcomes in previous roles. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We value the dedication and expertise of our therapists. In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually.
