Senior Director Tax Lawyer - Real Estate Fund

One of the most established and respected institutional real estate investment and development firms in the world is looking to add a Senior Tax Counsel to their in-house Advisory team. This firm manages tens of billions in AUM across marquee assets in major global markets and has been in significant growth mode over the past several years. This seat is a direct result of that growth.Seats like this are genuinely rare. This is a pure advisory role with zero compliance, sitting within a lean, high-caliber global tax department that works directly alongside senior deal teams on the full transaction lifecycle. The team has full-time leverage from Big 4 firms and top-tier outside counsel, which means the in-house group focuses exclusively on high-value strategic work.
