Position Summary

The Director of Marketing & Brand Development is responsible for building the Belamour brand, increasing awareness, generating qualified inquiries, and strengthening Belamour's position as the most trusted and recognizable senior living brand in Southwest Washington.

This role will lead Belamour's marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, digital advertising, content creation, social media strategy, public relations, reputation management, and brand development. Community outreach and referral development remain important aspects of the role, but the primary focus is building a strong and recognizable brand that families trust.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, marketer, and relationship builder. They understand how to translate Belamour's culture, values, and resident experience into compelling content, campaigns, and community engagement.

This position reports directly to the Owners and COO.

As the Director of Marketing & Brand Development, you will play a key role in helping Belamour become the most trusted and recognizable senior living brand in Southwest Washington. Through strategic marketing, compelling storytelling, community engagement, and brand-building initiatives, you will help more families discover the care, hospitality, and peace of mind that makes Belamour different.

Your work will directly impact our ability to reach families in need, support occupancy growth, strengthen our reputation, and ensure our mission reaches more people throughout the community.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a brand with purpose and help transform how families experience senior care.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

Lead and execute Belamour's overall brand strategy

Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, design, and experience across all platforms

Strengthen Belamour's position as a market leader in residential senior care

Develop campaigns that increase awareness, trust, and engagement

Protect and elevate the Belamour brand across all touchpoints

Identify opportunities to differentiate Belamour within the senior living industry

Digital Marketing & Growth

Own and manage Belamour's website

Continuously improve website content, user experience, and conversion performance

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic

Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase online visibility

Optimize website content and landing pages to improve inquiry conversion rates

Manage Google Business Profiles and local search visibility

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and other social media advertising campaigns

Implement and monitor conversion tracking across all digital marketing channels

Manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing reporting dashboards

Analyze website traffic, lead sources, and campaign performance

Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI

Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies

Content Creation, Storytelling & Brand Development

Lead and execute Belamour's overall brand strategy

Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, design, and experience across all platforms

Create content that showcases Belamour's culture, residents, caregivers, homes, and values

Develop and manage a monthly content strategy aligned with occupancy and brand goals

Write blogs, newsletters, website content, email campaigns, and educational resources

Develop content that positions Belamour as a trusted resource for families navigating senior care

Manage social media content calendars and publishing schedules

Coordinate photography and video content across all locations

Create storytelling campaigns that highlight resident experiences, caregiver recognition, family stories, and organizational milestones

Maintain a consistent, authentic, and engaging brand voice

Manage brand standards and ensure consistency across all locations and marketing materials

Identify opportunities to strengthen Belamour's reputation and market differentiation

Community Relations & Outreach

Represent Belamour at networking events and community functions

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, hospice providers, physicians, case managers, and senior service professionals

Develop referral partnerships throughout the community

Coordinate open houses, educational events, and community outreach initiatives

Identify opportunities to increase Belamour's visibility and presence within the community

Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Belamour brand

Occupancy & Family Experience Support

Monitor and track incoming inquiries and lead sources

Support prospective families throughout the decision-making process

Conduct tours and assist with move-ins as needed

Collaborate with leadership to support occupancy goals

Ensure every prospective family experiences Belamour's hospitality and values

Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months:

Belamour has a consistent, recognizable brand presence across all locations and platforms

Website traffic and search visibility have significantly increased

Belamour ranks highly for key local searches related to senior living, assisted living, memory care, and adult family homes

Digital advertising campaigns consistently generate qualified inquiries

Social media channels reflect the culture, people, and experiences that make Belamour unique

High-quality content is being published consistently across platforms

Community events and partnerships increase brand visibility and engagement

Referral relationships continue to grow and produce opportunities

Occupancy remains strong across all communities

Belamour is increasingly recognized as the preferred residential care provider in Southwest Washington

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Experience in marketing, brand management, communications, digital marketing, healthcare marketing, senior living, or related fields

Experience managing websites, SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising

Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling skills

Experience analyzing marketing metrics and campaign performance

Experience with photography, videography, graphic design, and/or content production

Experience building relationships and partnerships within the community is preferred

Experience working directly with families or customers is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
