This role combines technical expertise with in-home sales, allowing you to diagnose issues, present solutions, and close repairs or replacements on-site. Key Responsibilities Diagnose residential appliance issues: Refrigerators Washers & dryers Dishwashers Ovens, ranges, and cooktops Present repair and replacement options clearly to customers Use a structured, consultative sales process Build trust through education and professionalism Close sales during the initial visit (COD calls) Collect payment and complete job documentation Communicate sold work clearly to Production Technicians Maintain company vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment Compensation (Uncapped Earnings) Commission-Based Pay Structure Performance Targets: Monthly Revenue:$25,000 – $45,000+ Close Rate Goal:65% – 70%+ Increasing Average Ticket Value Top performers significantly exceed these ranges.
