Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students of varying ages and backgrounds
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and communications
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support each student’s success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student programming
• Stay current with best practices and state/federal guidelines in school-based speech therapy
