Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably PreK-8
• Strong collaborative skills to work across two school campuses
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each student’s needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, prepare required documentation, and attend IEP meetings
• Travel between two local campuses as required
