About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS Required, ACLS Required Must-Have: Previous telemetry experience Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills Description: Candidates with only 1 year of experience may now be considered, but their profiles will need to be reviewed by the manager. Shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with 12-hour shifts. The schedule will require every other weekend. Acute care experience must be current and consistent in the last 12 months. Corrections experience is not required. Compliance with credentialing is essential. Fingerprinting is required as soon as the contract is signed. Two professional references are necessary. References should include one from a manager or director. No coworker references will be accepted. Education must be from an accredited program.
