Job Summary:

The Avenue at Lyndhurst, a premier post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility in Lyndhurst, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Night Shift Supervisor to join our exceptional team. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants on the night shift, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures

• Oversee the delivery of care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Coordinate with other departments, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, to ensure seamless care transitions

• Identify and address resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with facility management to develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving patient satisfaction and outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and medications administered

• Provide education and training to staff members on policies, procedures, and new initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
