Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Soldering & Wiring

Pay: $19-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM
Shift: Full-Time | 1st Shift


A growing manufacturing facility is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a hands-on production role. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in soldering, electrical wiring, blueprint reading, schematics, electronics assembly, or mechanical assembly .


What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical, mechanical, and coil assemblies
• Perform soldering, wiring, and component installation
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• Cut, clean, spot weld, and heat-shrink production materials
• Work with adhesives, lubricants, potting materials, and other manufacturing chemicals
• Inspect completed assemblies and identify products outside specifications
• Accurately complete work orders, travelers, test results, and quality documentation
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, JHAs, and 5S standards
• Cross-train in additional production areas as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous electro-mechanical, electrical, electronics, or manufacturing assembly experience
• Soldering and wiring experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with hand tools and production materials
• Ability to follow detailed quality and safety procedures
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
