This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in soldering, electrical wiring, blueprint reading, schematics, electronics assembly, or mechanical assembly.What You'll DoAssemble electrical, mechanical, and coil assembliesPerform soldering, wiring, and component installationRead and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructionsCut, clean, spot weld, and heat-shrink production materialsWork with adhesives, lubricants, potting materials, and other manufacturing chemicalsInspect completed assemblies and identify products outside specificationsAccurately complete work orders, travelers, test results, and quality documentationFollow SOPs, safety procedures, JHAs, and 5S standardsCross-train in additional production areas as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious electro-mechanical, electrical, electronics, or manufacturing assembly experienceSoldering and wiring experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and electrical schematicsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailComfortable working with hand tools and production materialsAbility to follow detailed quality and safety proceduresDependable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
