Lead Outpatient PT: Build & Grow New Brooklyn Clinic

Slate Health Solutions is seeking a motivated Lead Physical Therapist for a new outpatient practice in Brooklyn, NY. Starting part-time, this role has potential to grow into full-time as patient volume increases. Ideal candidates will provide excellent care while helping shape clinical workflows and culture. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, delivering physical therapy services, and supporting clinical operations. Candidates must hold an active NY license and have outpatient experience.
