We provide customized dining solutions for health care, senior living, corporate dining, and education settings.The Office Administrator oversees the location’s administrative operations, including payroll, timekeeping, recordkeeping, and general office functions, while serving as a key liaison between departments to promote efficient and seamless operations.Responsibilities:Oversees the completion, organization and proper storage of all employee files, safety files, financial information, and payroll informationAssists with the locations time punches by reviewing the previous day’s records to verify correct entry and exit times.Assists with completion of new hire employee file folders, general employment policies and Forms I-9.Gather proper documentation for new hire, pay increases, job title changes, and terminations and ensures the information is communicated to the appropriate group.Provides general reports to the Director for approval and makes appropriate changes.Responsible for proper inventory and ordering of all office supplies and forms, and uniforms.Oversees the completion, organization, and proper storage of all applicant paperwork.Completes ongoing employee file audits and will assist in special projects.Assists with bank deposits, change orders, bank deposit inventory, prepare purchase orders, process vendor invoices.Requirements:Positive, professional, and willing attitudeHigh School diploma or GEDAbility to work well under pressure and with other people in a team environmentExhibit a willingness to take direction from management staff in the performance of reasonable job tasksPortray a positive, guest-driven attitude towards all guests and team membersMust possess strong oral/written communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skillsAdditional InformationThis job posting contains some general information about what it is like to work at Pappas Restaurants and is not a complete job description.
