Job Title City: Culver City, CA Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite) Duration: 6 Months Rate Range: Upto $73/hr on W2 Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT Job Description Must Have: Business operations within streaming, digital media, or connected TV platforms Financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis Revenue reconciliation, transactional reporting, and revenue share calculations Vendor management, SOW creation, and spend governance Contract compliance and partner operations management AVOD, FAST, SVOD, EST, or transactional video platform experience Excel and financial modeling Cross-functional operations with Finance, Legal, Product, Accounting, and Tax teams Reporting controls, auditability, and compliance processes Responsibilities: Lead operational governance across streaming and platform business lines Translate business strategy and partner agreements into scalable operational workflows Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue pacing, and financial tracking processes Drive vendor governance, procurement coordination, and spend optimization Oversee partner reporting, revenue reconciliation, and payment tracking Coordinate operational execution of distribution and platform agreements Ensure accuracy of transactional, advertising, and revenue reporting Manage royalty reporting, PRO/CMO obligations, and compliance workflows Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Product teams to improve operational scale Identify operational risks and implement process improvements across platform services Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Experience within streaming, connected TV, media distribution, or entertainment technology Strong understanding of AVOD, FAST, SVOD, and digital monetization models Experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational controls Strong analytical, program management, and stakeholder coordination skills Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously Experience presenting operational insights and recommendations to leadership MBA or equivalent experience preferred Nice to Have: ERP, procurement, or financial systems experience Entertainment distribution or digital platform ecosystem background Experience supporting international tax and compliance operations Experience managing royalty or rights organization reporting processes #J-18808-Ljbffr aKube, Inc.
