HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role: Provides administrative leadership for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations. Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives. Works collaborative with TMH Pharmacy Services senior leadership. Leads process improvement projects. Provides patient care in a collaborative practice clinic. Chairs a Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) subcommittee. Manages human resources (HR) and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills.Reports To:Director/Pharmacy or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin ProgramSupervises:Pharmacy Technician I Pharmacy Technician II Pharmacy Technician III Pharmacy Technician IV Pharmacist

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school.Required Experience: Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency.Required Certification/License/Registry:Licensed as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013, within ninety (90) days post-hire. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within ninety (90) days post-hire.Preferred Certification/License/Registry: Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate awarded by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) - Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
