The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department provides direct care to a variety of complex patients, focusing on achieving desired health outcomes. Highlights Location: Perth Amboy, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem, Evening What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients. Develop and coordinate patient-centered plans of care. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes. Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction. Maintain competencies and certifications to meet accreditation requirements.
