Looking for an Amazing Dental schedulerWe are looking for someone to join our dynamic and hard-working staff. The right candidate will be capable of greeting visitors, answering phones and taking care of our dental schedule. The successful candidate will also be well-versed on company policies and procedures and have a friendly personality that will enhance our work environment.Responsibilities:Answer the phone and speak to people in a friendly and efficient manner.Answer basic mathematical questions and look up information in a database.Answer questions regarding business hours, location, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and payments.Take detailed messages for callers.Be able to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, copiers, and computer systems.Ability to fill and keep the schedule filledMake sure the dental schedule is optimizedCall backs for Hygiene and Dental treatment to keep schedule busyBasic treatment coordination skills to keep schedule filledDentrix and or Dental Intelligence is a plus for candidates3 year experienceStaff Benefits:PTO & Paid HolidaysDental benefits / Health InsuranceNo weekendsContinuing Education and On the job trainingOffice Software:Dentrix / DexisWorking hours:Monday- Friday = 7:45-5:00We look forward to hearing from you soon to invite you for an interview!Qualifications3 years Front office ExperienceBuilding and construction of dental schedule ExperienceProfessional presentation with clear communication skillsHigh Interpersonal and Team Building skillsAbility to take instruction well #J-18808-Ljbffr Modern Dental Smiles
