Residential Program Lead & On-Call Supervisor
RADIUS Omaha
RADIUS Omaha is seeking a Residential Supervisor to work closely with the Residential Director to advance our mission. Responsibilities include managing staff and implementing evidence-based practices to meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will supervise Youth Coaches and ensure consistent quality of care for the youth. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, including supervision in residential settings. Strong coaching and crisis intervention skills are essential.
