Behavioral Health Operations ManagerBenton County is seeking a Behavioral Health Operations Manager to join our team. Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Division Director, the Behavioral Health Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operational functions across Behavioral Health programs. This position ensures effective operational processes, regulatory compliance, the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and performance improvement activities that support high-quality, accessible behavioral health services. The Behavioral Health Operations Manager provides direct supervision of supervisory, professional, and administrative staff. The role focuses on translating Division priorities into effective operational practices, supporting cross-program coordination, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in alignment with Departmental and County goals.First review of applications will be August 30, 2026. Please note that this recruitment may close at any time after the first review date.Minimum qualifications: Behavioral Health Operations Manager: The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to area of assignment; and5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in area of assignment, including 2 years of managerial or supervisor experience. This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. An increase may be given at the end of the 6-month probationary period, depending on starting salary, and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing!
