Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Build strong partnerships with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide instruction to patients and families on therapy methods to facilitate ongoing improvement outside the clinical setting

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes closely and adapt treatment strategies as required to help patients stay on their course to recovery

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouragement for continuous education and post-graduate certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is a must
