• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized strategies to assist them in achieving their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Apply established methods to improve motor functions, cognitive skills, and the ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and support to patients and their caregivers regarding therapeutic techniques for ongoing success at home.
• Track Progress: Maintain thorough documentation of clinical outcomes and adjust treatment as necessary to ensure patients meet their goals.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• Mandatory NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy professionals.

• A genuine desire to assist individuals in reaching their highest level of independence.
