Structural Superintendent (Night Shift)

Overview The Project Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, construction trades, and labor crews to work in unity to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule. The Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as a Structural Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements, and other similar construction activities. Location & Travel Details You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position, requiring travel up to 100% of the time. Projects may be located in various states throughout the US, including PA, KS, NC, SC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY, and additional locations are added frequently as our organization continues to grow. Responsibilities Permit document administration and control Complete review and understanding of subcontractor’s scope of work Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety Control project access and traffic Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reporting Complete “3‑week look ahead schedule” and update master schedule with PCM Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore) Maintain “As Built” drawings for final submittal Coordinate and schedule project inspections Final inspection and proper close‑out documentation Quality control of installed materials and equipment Site layout and control of benchmarks Qualifications Work Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent – or in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing structural scope of work on new build ground‑up construction projects is required Prior experience with data center projects is preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Project scheduling, planning, organization, and document control Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors OSHA Certification – In‑depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling programs, and document management software Additional Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) Experience in projects greater than $20 million Bilingual (English/Spanish) Willingness to travel through the US Benefits Financial Wellbeing Compensation $100k‑$140k+ / year, commensurate with experience Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flexible spending account (Healthcare & Dependent care) Health & Wellness Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (plan choice) – coverage for spouse, domestic partner, and children Diabetes Management, Telehealth Coverage, Prescription Drug Plan, Pet Insurance, Weight Management Drug Discount Discounted National Gym Membership Network Family & Lifestyle Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Leave Military Leave, including Benefits Continuation Employee Assistance Program Planning for the Unexpected Short and long‑term disability, life insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment Voluntary life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage Emergency Travel Assistance Program Group legal plan Position may be subject to pre‑employment screening, which may include background check and drug testing.
