In this customer-focused role, you'll respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with warm leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. This is a full-time position with a structured, rotating schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Rotating Saturdays (typically two per month) No Sundays! Why This Role Matters Our BDC team is the first point of contact for customers. You set the tone for the entire experience by responding quickly, building trust, and helping customers take the next step. Your ability to connect with customers directly impacts showroom traffic, sales performance, and the overall customer experience.
