Operations Integration Lead

The OIL drives the conversion of non-workable to workable work in a 0–90 day outlook and ensures that factory operations are execution-ready. Serves as the Cost Account Manager for Operations budget for assigned programs. This role bridges planning, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering functions to ensure program alignment and schedule health.ResponsibilitiesBe the communication conduit between Operations and Program Teams. Own the conversion of non-workable to workable material plans within a 0–90 day windowTracks and analyzes the weekly Operations budget execution on assigned programs and takes appropriate actions to adjust performance.Validate Procurement Request (PR) readiness, Bill of Material (BOM) completeness, routing accuracy, and demand alignment in MRPEscalate delays in procurement, engineering, or supplier execution that impact readinessLead material readiness briefs and support factory-facing schedule execution reviewsCoordinate cross-functional closure of material issues with OIC, OIAs, buyers, planners, engineering, and qualityTrack supplier progress and ensure alignment with manufacturing demand schedulesSupport Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews by flagging execution risk and supporting variance analysisRepresent Operations in program reviews related to material execution, procurement health, and factory readinessDrive action on aged PRs, long lead time risks, and data disconnects between BOM and MRPQualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications: 5+ years in manufacturing, planning, material control, or supply chain executionMust be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP S4 HANA preferred)Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountabilityAbility to identify root causes, communicate effectively, and close issues in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace or Defense manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with AS9100, AS6500, or EVM-related environmentsExperience leading readiness or IPT reviewsUnderstanding of build-to-print, prototype, and depot manufacturing flowsEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business, or technical field or equivalent experience#LI-WH1#ClearanceAt V2X, we are deeply committed to both equal employment opportunity, including protection for Veterans and individuals with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
