Sales Representative- Location: American Fork, Utah
- Schedule: Full-time, in office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
DentalQore is a website design and digital marketing company based in American Fork, Utah. We help dental practices grow by building high-performing websites and SEO strategies that make it easier for patients to find them online.

About the RoleDentalQore is looking for a motivated and coachable Sales Representative to help dental practices grow through websites, SEO, and patient-growth strategies.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious sales career. You do not need to come in as a polished closer, but you do need to be driven, resilient, consistent, and ready to perform in a structured environment with clear expectations.
This role includes outbound calling and prospecting to dental practices nationwide. You will also receive appointments from our appointment-setting team, while continuing to build your own pipeline through consistent outbound activity.
Compensation & Growth OpportunityOur tier-based pay structure and uncapped commission give motivated sales reps a clear path to earn more. Our reps average $110,000+ annually, with no cap on what top performers can make. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, consistency, and results.

What You’ll Do- Follow a structured sales process from initial outreach through close
- Prospect and connect with dental practices nationwide
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their growth goals
- Present how DentalQore helps practices grow through websites, SEO, and patient-growth strategies
- Manage your pipeline with consistency, accountability, and strong follow-up
- Learn and apply feedback to improve your sales skills and performance
You will do well here if you are coachable, resilient, consistent, and accountable. This role is highly structured, with clear expectations and regular feedback, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow, is willing to follow a proven process, and can keep showing up with strong effort even when sales gets challenging.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting
- Motivated by clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability
- Strong on the phone and able to build trust through conversation
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
- Consistent in daily effort and follow-through
- Excited by uncapped earning potential and career growth
- Prior sales experience is a strong advantage, especially phone-based or B2B sales, but is not required
- Strong verbal communication skills are required
- This role requires clear, professional communication and the ability to build trust over the phone
- Motivation to grow your career and increase your earning potential
- Willingness to follow a structured sales process and meet performance expectations
- Full-time, in-office attendance in American Fork, Utah is required
- Coachability, resilience, consistency, and accountability are essential for this role
