Receptionist - $22-$23/hr - DC

Our client, a research focused organization, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington,VA. About The Job: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and answering phones Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics Order catering and assist with meeting and event setup Monitor office inventory and restock supplies as needed Serve as liaison with building management for facilities and maintenance requests Respond to staff inquiries and provide general administrative support Assist with mail distribution, light IT coordination, and special projects About You: Prior experience in reception, office support, or administrative roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Professional demeanor with ability to interact across all levels Technologically savvy and comfortable with office systems Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! Duration: 1 week; potential extension through mid-June $22-$23/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm (30 min lunch) 100% onsite Metro accessible!
