As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements TSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, releases, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, processing areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitors and deliveries, and directing personnel in accordance with site-specific entry procedures. Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Possess a TSA-issued TWIC. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
