As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour Driver's License required TWIC required Job Schedule: Fri 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and irregular conditions. Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and reporting unauthorized access attempts according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while helping to deter unauthorized activity and property damage. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
