The Ezequiel Reyna Law Office is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist / Office Clerk to join our team. This position is often the first point of contact for our clients, so exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, able to multitask, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line phone system. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least two years of experience in a professional office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure. Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
