Autism Transition Job Coach — Empower Independence
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Job Coach for the CARES School in Downingtown, PA. The role supports adolescents and young adults with autism, guiding transitions from school-based programs to community and post-education life. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with a 52-week year.
