Director of Research and Clinical Operations Full-time · On-site · Downingtown, PA · $125,000 – $175,000 / year Senior Clinical Leadership Provide strategic and clinical leadership for ABA services across MECA's school program (The PAAL Program) and adult habilitation services. Guide behavior analysts and clinical teams, oversee treatment quality, and shape the standards of excellence behind every PAAL program — with both administrative and clinical oversight responsibilities. BCBA-D candidates are strongly preferred for this senior role. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team of BCBAs, RBTs, and DSPs Oversee behavior assessment and programming — FBAs, FAs, preference and reinforcer assessments, skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction plans Audit treatment plans, documentation, and data integrity for ongoing clinical quality Manage BCBA caseload assignments and ensure consistent clinical supervision Partner with the Director of Training on staff development and RBT/candidate supervision Lead Grand Rounds, Round Table, and monthly Clinical Meetings Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA, and documentation standards Support family engagement and monthly parent training sessions Qualifications Active BCBA or BCBA-D license in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required; Doctoral-level certification (BCBA-D) strongly preferred Minimum 10 years as a practicing BCBA with supervisory and administrative leadership Proven competency in behavior‑reduction and skill‑acquisition programs Ability to provide BCBA supervision for candidates and trainees Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Demonstrated knowledge of BACB ethics, HIPAA, and documentation standards Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and successful background check U.S. work authorization required (MECA does not sponsor employment visas) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-time · On-site · Downingtown, PA · $85,000 – $110,000 / year Clinical Leadership Role Lead individualized ABA programming for students and adults with autism in a community‑based setting. You'll own your caseload, design meaningful interventions, and work with a team that values your clinical judgment over billable hours. Design and supervise individualized ABA programs Conduct functional behavior assessments Train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families and school district teams Maintain data systems and program documentation Lead placement and progress review meetings Qualifications Experience working with individuals with autism Strong background in ABA methodology Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with transition‑age youth preferred Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and insurable driving record Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full-time · On-site · Downingtown, PA · $20 – $25 / hour Community-Based Role Work directly with students and adults in community settings, implementing individualized plans and supporting day‑to‑day skill development. This is hands‑on, relationship‑driven work with real impact — and real rewards. Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Support community-based instruction and vocational training Collect accurate behavioral and skill data Assist with daily living skill instruction Build positive, consistent relationships with students Communicate regularly with clinical and program teams Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred Passion for working with individuals with autism Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude Experience in special education or human services preferred Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and insurable driving record Willingness to work in community environments No prior experience in ABA?
