Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Burlington, Vermont. This role involves rotating between day and evening schedules with off-shift options. The selected candidate will be responsible for circulating and scrub duties across multiple specialties in a large trauma level 1 facility, providing critical support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Vermont
• Schedule: Rotating between day/evening shifts. Off shift options are 0845-1915, 1045-2115, or 1245-2315. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); at least 2 years of OR RN experience; prior travel experience; large trauma level 1 hospital experience (500+ beds); EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years; circulating and scrub skills checklists available in the candidates packet; ability to scrub all specialties except Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR); proficiency in scrubbing general OR, genitourinary, gynecologic, ear, nose, throat, eyes, plastics, laparoscopy, trauma, thoracic, and vascular cases; minimum of 0 years of experience (experience outlined requirements).
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC EMR experience from within the past 2 years.
• Additional Information:
  • IVS to OFFER
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, no block schedules
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
  • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained in application
  • Complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission
  • Reliable transportation, personal vehicle, or rental vehicle strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in this area
• Travel Requirements: No travel required
• Float: Float rotation may be required
