Corporate Paralegal

Corporate ParalegalOur client, located in midtown, is searching for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team.This position will work closely with the General Counsel and VP of Tax to support the generation, review, tracking and organization of legal, tax, and organizational documents and agreements.Assist with legal compliance and reporting, maintain entity governance documentation, organize and maintain databases of legal documents and track status of contracts and other legal documents.In addition, work with the tax team to ensure that statutory filings of entities are in compliance, maintain organizational charts, renewal of business licenses, assist in maintaining tax depreciation records & preparation of reconciliation schedules and preparation of personal property tax returns.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal CertificateMinimum 5 years related experienceProficient with Microsoft Office ProductsExcellent organization skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
