Corporate Paralegal - North Atlanta Who: Strong stable company What: Corporate Paralegal When: Actively interviewing Where: Located in North Atlanta Why: Retirement Office Environment: Hybrid Salary: UP to $90k plus bonus, excellent benefits Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents Handle mechanic's liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files Support e-discovery processes and manage document databases Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed Qualifications: Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience 3-5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferred Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
