Corporate Legal Assistant - Atlanta, GA

A highly respected, national law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their office in Atlanta. This is a pivotal role providing high-level administrative and organizational support to a team of corporate attorneys.

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives on managing competing priorities and possesses a deep understanding of the corporate legal landscape.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta (Buckhead) (1 day remote per week)

Compensation: Up to 100K DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Assist multiple corporate attorneys and Paralegals by preparing SEC filings, closing binders, and document sets for distribution
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Monitoring and filing cases on electronic platforms
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring all communications are handled with discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of the legal team to streamline daily operations and ensure all deadlines are met in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant/Secretary, preferably within a mid-to-large law firm or a sophisticated in-house legal department.
Solid understanding of corporate legal processes.
Exceptional organizational skills and a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
