Senior CRM Marketing Associate

Focused on executing personalized lifecycle marketing programs, the full-time Senior CRM Marketing Associate will manage the building, QA, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns while maintaining an organized broadcast email calendar in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build, QA, and schedule campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels with high accuracy Manage the end-to-end email build process within the CRM platform, ensuring content and personalization are correct Execute updates and optimizations for triggered lifecycle flows, including segment targeting and creative refreshes Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing roles Hands-on experience with CRM or email service provider platforms like Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or Iterable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams Comfort with marketing analysis and performance reporting to drive actionable recommendations Customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in enhancing subscriber experience
