Business Development Associate

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate early deal conversations while working in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups in the CRM Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage outreach processes with minimal oversight
