Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Owning and scaling lifecycle marketing for new and growing products, the contract Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Emerging Markets will design and optimize customer journeys, drive growth for mobile-first lifecycle programs, and analyze campaign performance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own lifecycle strategy and execution across the full customer journey, focusing on cross-sell, activation, retention, re-engagement, and churn winback Drive growth for Cash Line through mobile-first lifecycle programs utilizing various communication channels Analyze performance across campaigns and lifecycle stages, providing insights and recommendations through regular reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 6-8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing roles Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Experience designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests, including defining success metrics Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheet tools and familiarity with BI tools
