Managing Director People Partner

To support an agile and effective workforce, the full-time Managing Director, People Partner will provide strategic guidance and partnership to leaders on talent management, team effectiveness, and employee experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to enhance team effectiveness and address talent needs through strategic guidance and coaching Provide consultation on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design to support managers and resolve workplace challenges Contribute insights to strengthen talent programs and initiatives while analyzing data to inform decision-making within assigned portfolios Required qualifications 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in Business Partnering or Organizational Development Experience in partnering with leaders to address talent and organizational challenges Knowledge across core HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
