Residential/ Commercial Sales Consultant

Grayson Fencing, Inc. – Berks County, PA

Earn $100,000–$175,000+ Per Year

Grayson Fencing is a rapidly growing residential fencing company serving Berks, Lancaster, Chester, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. We're looking for a motivated, professional sales consultant who enjoys helping homeowners improve their properties while building a long-term career.

This is not a high-pressure sales job. We provide quality products, competitive pricing, and the support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Measure properties and recommend fencing solutions.
• Prepare and present professional proposals.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Build relationships and earn referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Work closely with our installation and office teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fencing, construction, remodeling, windows, roofing, decks, or other home improvement sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets and CRM software.
