You will lead the transformation of legacy systems into a streamlined, next-generation solution. The position requires deep platform expertise and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities Modernize and enhance intake and review workflows. Implement dynamic, rules-driven form logic. Develop and optimize REST API integrations. Streamline multi-team review processes. Improve user experience on Service Portal and Workspace. Must-Have Skills Extensive ServiceNow development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, Script Includes, and Business Rules. Experience with Scoped Application development and REST integrations.
