Position Summary We’re seeking a skilled Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) who enjoys meaningful, independent field work and thrives on patient connection. Key Responsibilities Provide routine and PRN visits in homes, assisted living, and memory care settings Deliver pain and symptom management, wound care, and clinical evaluations Communicate compassionately with patients and families about the hospice journey Coordinate with MDs, intake, chaplains, and the broader interdisciplinary team Complete timely, accurate documentation in the EMR Qualifications Active RN license in Minnesota Prior hospice experience highly preferred (oncology, palliative, or end‑of‑life med‑surg experience also considered) Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Comfortable with field‑based, autonomous work Why Superior Hospice?
