HR Specialist

To support effective recruitment and staffing processes, the full-time Senior HR Specialist (MD Licensed) will ensure compliance with Federal regulations, partner with hiring managers for strategic staffing guidance, and develop vacancy announcements while maintaining communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with DEU requirements and Federal hiring regulations during recruitment and hiring activities Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on recruitment processes and evaluate candidate quality Develop and post vacancy announcements using applicable regulations and maintain documentation of staffing actions Required qualifications Experience performing cradle-to-grave Federal staffing, including job analysis and personnel actions Strong knowledge of DEU/Delegated Examining, Veterans' Preference, and OPM regulations Active DEU Certification is preferred
