Angelus Block Company, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher for our Rialto Plant. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers, process orders, and schedule inbound/outbound transportation of products.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

· Become a product and service expert, confidently answering customer questions and providing accurate information.

· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, exceeding sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Proactively build relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and brand advocacy.

· Prepare customer service summary reports, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, going the extra mile to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Handle inbound/outbound transportations of products. Schedule shipments, notify customers of shipment schedule, coordinating trucks for daily deliveries, pick-ups and activities, and maintaining driver logs and correct files for DOT regulations and insurance compliance.

· Full-time in-person position, from Monday through Friday.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Experience working with building materials is strongly preferred.

· Detail oriented, resourceful, and thorough in completing projects.

· Must be dependable and have the ability to multi-task effectively.

· Must have strong organizational skills.

· Exceptional communication skills, proactive and friendly, conscientious and diligent, committed to contributing to operational goals in a positive, productive way.

· Proven success at improving customer service, workflow processes and production.

· Able to work under pressure/deadlines.

· Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms (e-mail, in-person, telephone).

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Experience and/or Education:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Possess basic to intermediate math skills.

· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Windows Systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
