Located in Rancho Cucamonga , CA Salary: $20.00-$25.00 Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga has an immediate opening for an experienced Dispatcher to support a busy trucking and logistics company. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal operations.
- Dispatch drivers and ensure all routes are covered and on schedule.
- Monitor routes and make real-time changes or adjustments as needed.
- Provide emergency support when delays or issues occur.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, route updates, and driver activity reports.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and management.
- 1-3 years of dispatch experience within the trucking or transportation industry required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong typing/data entry skills .
- Must pass drug screening and background check .
