District Manager - Genitourinary (GU), Pacific Northwest

Johnson & Johnson seeks a District Manager for Genitourinary oncology in the Pacific Northwest. This field-based leadership role involves managing a sales team, executing territory business plans for oncology and urology products, and driving sales results within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage field-based oncology sales specialists and oversee territory business plan execution
- Develop strategic plans and guide team to achieve sales targets within assigned budget
- Build and develop high-performing team while managing individual performance
- Engage with internal and external customers to align business strategy with patient needs
- Operate in field environment with minimal supervision while maintaining regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Eight years relevant work experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
- Five years sales or cross-functional commercial experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40%
- Prior people management experience or completion of management development program
Compensation: $130,000 - $224,250 base, plus performance bonus and benefits eligibility
